3-4 Racks of Back Ribs
1 Jar of Bon Vivant! Sweet Chili Rub
1 Bottle Bon Vivant! Barbecue Sauce (Your Choice)


Arrange the ribs in an oven-proof pan tall enough to stand the ribs up. Generously coat ribs with Bon Vivant! Sweet Chili Rub. If necessary, cut ribs in half to fit pot for cooking. Fill pot with enough water to just cover the ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and braise for 2-3 hours. Test by lifting 1 rack out of the liquid and bend the meat between the bones: if it breaks easily, the ribs are done. Transfer ribs to grill with low to moderate heat, basting and turning several times. You can also finish the ribs in the oven the same way as on the grill. Can also be done in a slow cooker.
